welcome to reunion at #Mybelmont

Reunion at #MyBelmont is the final offering of the #MyBelmont master planned community. A collection of 80 luxury-styled homes, Reunion is currently the most amenitized residential development on the Westshore. 

The circle shape quickly became our design inspiration for the word "Reunion". Thoughtfully branded with a luxurious colour scheme of rich navy, and warm hues paird with gold accents, the Reunion brandmark symbolically illustrates the intersecting of 4 circles as a nod to the 4 key values of the #MyBelmont brand: Beloging, Family, Safety, and Healthy Living.

Custom animated features were introduced early on to the Reunion marketing scope. Our team worked closely with the Ledcor Properties and Fifth Avenue Marketing teams to carefully script and illustrate this custom animated teaser video. It has become a showstopper piece, now playing in the presentation centre, on the website, as well as being used for digital marketing.

Our team enjoyed designing the Reunion presentation centre. In keeping with the overall brand design, the circle theme is noticeable throughout. A high-touch was added through custom feature designs such as the Reunion brandmark chandelier, award shelf, and the beautifully handcrafted backlit circle frames.
