An award-winning, exclusive gated community of 35 naturally-inspired homes immersed in serenity, adventure, and idealistic woodland living.

Inspired by nature, we developed a brand strategy for Everwood around feelings of warmth, comfort, and luxury. Earthy tones and a modern rustic aesthetic are interwoven throughout the marketing materials. We chose fonts that are both elegant and easy to read, reflecting the award-winning development’s luxurious yet approachable feel. Without losing its luxurious touch, we wanted the brand to feel down-to-earth, comfortable, relaxed, and evoke an authentic feeling of home.

More than marketing collateral, we aimed to create an experience so nostalgic, you could almost feel it.

Everwood's brand and design evoke nostalgic, serene childhood memories, emphasizing luxurious warmth and rustic charm across all touchpoints.

For the print brochure, we chose natural finishes and featured a clean, house and home magazine-style editorial layout prioritizing the development and location through careful font and typography choices.

The inviting and insightful sales gallery strategically guides guests through Everwood's story and Maple Ridge's beauty within a small space. Full-wall graphics draw attention, subtle text provides direction, and layered materials add depth and warmth.

When we designed Everwood’s website, we intentionally embraced the warm, cozy luxury of the project in places such as the careful and meticulous copywriting, the intentionally chosen lifestyle imagery and unique features like the site map.
