Equipping tomorrow’s workforce with clarity, confidence, and certification
Peak Safety Training had built a strong reputation in BC with diverse safety courses and decades of experience, but their brand presence wasn’t fully unified. Messaging leaned generic, social media lacked consistency, and their digital platforms didn’t clearly segment their key audiences:
-
B2C learners seeking clarity and empowerment.
-
B2B decision-makers seeking efficiency, compliance, and peace of mind.
The opportunity was clear: sharpen Peak’s story, unify their identity, and build systems that connect with audiences across every touchpoint.

Balancing a respected reputation with the need for a unified identity.
Balancing a well-earned reputation in safety training with the urgent need for a unified brand identity, Peak Safety Training found itself at a pivotal point: they needed a story that resonated equally with immigrants navigating new careers and executives responsible for compliance, while also presenting a cohesive, professional presence across every channel.
We began by grounding the project in research and strategy, translating insights about Peak’s audiences, values, and market opportunities into a framework that could guide every creative decision, ensuring that the resulting brand system did more than look good, but also built trust, simplified complexity, and connected meaningfully across digital and real-world touchpoints.
From there, we extended the strategy into execution, creating a comprehensive marketing system that included social media management, content calendars, reels, carousels, and direct message engagement, ensuring Peak’s digital presence became as consistent and professional as their in-person training. We layered in marketing support across email, analytics, and creative materials, building a foundation where every touchpoint—whether a post, a brochure, or a campaign—worked together to strengthen trust, generate inquiries, and position Peak as a leader in safety training.

The result?
"I'll give them 10 stars if I could! We started to work with the JDCO team on our brand positioning in April. We were so impressed with the result and how pleasant and easy to work with them, we decided to use them for all our digital marketing needs. As a newly established small business, often budgeting can be tricky. Jenn is so generous and flexible, she always makes sure to fit our needs to the budgets. There are so many good things to say about the JDCO team! They are exceptionally talented, great communicators, always go extra miles to make sure everything is perfectly done. Most of all, they bring us results. Our public course registrations have doubled in the last couple of months since they started to manage our digital platforms. If you want results, definitely use their service!"
