We partnered with Forte Living to build a brand identity and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Chroma, a new real estate development in vibrant Port Moody, British Columbia.

 

To create a comprehensive brand identity and marketing strategy for Chroma, a new residential property development in the vibrant "City of Arts," Port Moody. The brand needed to embody the essence of "artful living" and resonate with potential homeowners seeking a blend of artistic flair and approachable comfort.

We embraced the opportunity to weave a narrative of artful living into every aspect of the Chroma brand.

The process began with selecting a name that immediately captured the desired essence. "Chroma," a vibrant word synonymous with colour and artistry, emerged as the perfect fit to embody the core concept of artful living.

We developed a wordmark-based logo utilizing a bold, rounded typeface with a deliberate combination of upper and lower case letters. This choice aimed to create an identity that felt both inviting and approachable, while maintaining a polished and contemporary aesthetic. 

For Chroma's marketing materials, including print collateral, branding packages, social media content, and the website, our focus was on embodying the brand's timeless yet contemporary style. The layout designs were meticulously crafted to guide the viewer's eye, evoke emotion, and spark curiosity, effectively showcasing the Chroma aesthetic.

Recognizing the importance of the digital landscape, we created a bright and engaging social media ad package that mirrored Chroma's aesthetic. The custom website was designed to thoughtfully guide the audience through the development's offerings, reinforcing the central theme of artful living.

The result?

The comprehensive branding and marketing strategy for Chroma successfully brought the concept of artful living to life. The vibrant name, inviting logo, and thoughtfully designed marketing materials effectively captured the essence of the development. The immersive presentation centre provided a tangible experience for potential buyers, allowing them to connect with the vision behind Chroma. By meticulously considering every detail, from the logo to the floorplans and presentation centre, we created a cohesive and compelling brand that resonates with the target audience in the vibrant Port Moody market.
