As the final phase of Ledcor Properties' multi-award-winning #MyBelmont master-planned community, Reunion in Langford, BC, redefined Westshore living by seamlessly integrating vibrant urban street fronts with peaceful trails. Nestled between the dynamic Belmont Market and the scenic Galloping Goose Trail, Reunion's lush landscaping lends character to a historically inspired main street that honors its natural surroundings.
Paired with a next-to-none amenities package, we knew that Reunion deserved something special when it came to marketing.

We weren't just marketing a condo development, we were telling a story; a story of belonging and connection.
Crafting a cohesive and instantly recognizable brand experience for the final phase of the #MyBelmont community was a deeply strategic endeavour. The name, Reunion, is rooted in Langford's history as the land marked where the local community high school once sat. With the core values of Belonging, Family, Relationships, and Experiences at the heart of the brand, the name "Reunion" felt fitting - a homecoming of sorts.
These values were meticulously woven into every marketing touchpoint, architecture, interior design features, and landscaping. A team effort to ensure a seamless and resonant brand presence across digital, print, interior, and environmental design was underscored by the symbolic interconnecting circles of the logo and the intentional absence of sharp edges, all reflecting the complete and holistic lifestyle Reunion offers.
The Reunion presentation centre was designed to evoke a harmonious balance, where striking, rich blue hues met grounding natural earth tones, all bathed in abundant natural light. This design vision thoughtfully incorporated the iconic Reunion circles through handcrafted circular frames and a statement logo chandelier, a design synergy that earned the project a Grand Georgie Award nomination.
The result?
Our comprehensive and strategically driven creative approach was instrumental in establishing a unique and compelling brand narrative for Reunion. With pre-sales launching during the COVID pandemic, our digital marketing strategy led to over 60% of qualified leads generated through organic social media marketing alone. Among the many awards and accolades of the #MyBelmont project, our work was recognized through the Grand Georgie Award nomination for Best Marketing Campaign.
